Member Associations deliver information, education and services to people living in hard-to-reach areas. IPPF has over 41,000 service delivery points, including 26,652 IPPF-owned static clinics, mobile and outreach facilities, and community-based distributors. 60% of IPPF-owned service delivery points are located in rural or peri-urban areas.

Under-served groups receive services from Member Associations because of a reluctance or lack of expertise and capacity from public or private partners to work with them.

These groups include young people, sex workers, men who have sex with men, people who inject drugs, sexually diverse populations and prisoners.
